Newmarket Community Church - Garden of Eatin'

Located at 76 Dame Rd. in Newmarket, NH. Our garden has a total of 33 plots that vary slightly in size. The plots are roughly 4’ x 8’. All are separated by woodchip pathways. $40 gets you a plot and covers the cost for the entire growing season, including access to compost, tool shed and rain catchment system. newmarketnhgarden@gmail.com

Newmarket Community Church - Garden of Eatin'

Volunteer garden. No experience is needed.

Volunteers have different motivations. Some  are looking for community, purpose, and connection, a place to meet people, to feel useful, and to be part of something meaningful. Tasks include planting, weeding, pruning, pest control, staking plants, and harvesting.

Our vision is to feed Newmarket residents in need, become part of the Newmarket  restaurant food supply chain, give folks without a plot space to grow, and create a place for residents to gather and create something  together.  The land is fertile and plentiful ,  just waiting for the right people to bring it to life.  Email the owners if you're interested in cofounding.

Free Seeds

It’s almost time to get growing!

Visit the Newmarket Grows Seed Library on the Library’s lower level to borrow or donate seeds. Anyone can borrow up to three seed packets simply by filling out a checkout form. Your donations can be seeds you’ve harvested or unopened/leftover retail seed packets.
