As someone who is not on social media, I've relied on newsletters and visiting different webpages to learn what's happening in Newmarket.
This approach has been time consuming and left my inbox full of unread emails. I often just read bulletin boards around town to learn the latest events, news or workshops.
"Wouldn't it be nice to have all that info in one spot?" I thought. No algorithms, no predatory advertising, and no searching through unwanted information just to find what I'm looking for. the bulletin board launched in Newmarket in 2026
the bulletin board will take a village for it to be a useful tool. Won't you join me?
It's just me so far - Stella McShera. I have experience with websites , as I've worked with small to medium sized businesses for the past 25+ years. If you have skills you want to bring to this project, email me at hello@thebulletinboard.org!.
